Once you have booked your Italian wedding venue and ceremony site, there are other steps you need to take to plan your fabulous wedding in Italy.
Start collecting information about paperwork you need to submit for your civil or religious wedding, if you haven't done it yet
Talk to the priest whom will marry you, and ask him his requests for "Pre-Cana"
Order your beautiful wedding dress
Book your caterer if the wedding venue doesn't provide one
Book your wedding photographer and videographer and ask them a copy of the contract
Book your wedding musicians, band or dj and ask them a copy of the contract
Book your florist
Pay the deposit to the booked vendors
Start looking for hairstylist and makeup artist, collect pictures you like and ask them their suggestions considering your dress, type of hair, face shape and your skin, hair and eyes tones.
Look for nearby hotels able to host your destination wedding guests, if the wedding venue in Italy can't accommodate all of them
Create a wedding website in order to keep everyone updated
Select Save-the-dates and invites style, order them and mail out save-the-date
Choose your bridesmaids dresses
Start shopping for your wedding rings
Register for gifts and begin planning your honeymoon
Ciao,
